We want you to be totally obsessed with your Morphe products, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Simply ensure your products are in their original packaging and meet our quality guidelines to receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking number handy so you can monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.

  Get Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
